After stints at the iconic Cafe\u00edna in Porto, Belcanto and Feitoria in Lisbon, the Ledbury in London, and Geranium in Copenhagen, it was at the Gr\u00e9mio Liter\u00e1rio that he had his first experience leading a kitchen.
